| Blessings come in many ways. Arthur was the pick of our first litter and he was the happiest most spoiled chowboy I knew. He was just old enough to show at the CCC Inc. in So Cal when he won Best in Sweepstakes under Ms Carmen Blankenship. He later went on to get his AKC championship the hard way by taking a GRP 1 and therefore getting his second major. He made us very proud by winning BOB under Frank Sabella at the CCC Inc National the following year in Dallas and he loved to show as much as we loved showing him. His attitude and way to strike a pose continued to win him Bests and he won several all breed BIS and BOB at Westminster. He was better than his Dad and that was all we were trying to accomplish. His Mom, CH Lionheart Discovery 'Happy' was the first bitch we bred and I guess there were a lot of firsts after that. He passed when he was 12 on a snowy January night, we think he skied over the rainbow. |
